Yes, I do have a problem with that. I have an even greater problem with women who claim to be Catholic but thumb their noses at Church teaching. Priests remain largely silent on the issue. Lamentably, good catechesis is lacking in all areas of Catholicism.

We cohabit at the same rate as the rest of the culture.
We have children out of wedlock at the same rate as the rest of the culture.
We contracept at the same rate as the rest of the culture.
We procure abortions at the same rate as the rest of the culture.
We divorce at the same rate as the rest of the culture.
Our Faith no longer makes us different.
The Faith hasn't changed -- but we have.
We have fallen into the culture trap.

I think it's funny how adamant people are about using ABC. All of our couple friends who use ABC have had unplanned pregnancies while using it. ALL OF THEM.

My wife and I use only NFP and we had a child exactly when we planned on it. Same with our friends who use NFP. Of course, their's took a little longer, but they didn't have a surprise pregnancy come up before.

All of my friends who use ABC got pregnant with every single one of their children while on ABC. One couple has 4 kids, so far, at 35.
