Recommendations for Protestant friend
Hello, all,
I recently met a Protestant who seems interested in learning more about our faith. As he drives around a lot, I thought some CDs would be of use to him, specifically as to why we love and honor Our Lady so much, transubstantiation, and confession. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on free downloads that I could burn to CD for him. I don't have time to purchase any (he is leaving soon), and I have given all mine away that I did have.
Thanking you in advance,
AnnElizabeth

Hi AnnElizabeth,
try this link http://www.biblechristiansociety.com/download
It is a bunch of MP3's that you can download and convert to WAV files to burn to CD's. (Or if he has a CD player that reads MP3'S then you can download them to a CD and he can listen to them, or he can listen to these online as well.) They guy who puts these together are really good in helping Protestants see the Catholic point of view because, 1) he used to be a Protestant and 2) bases his talk on using nothing but the bible to prove his point as Protestants won't accept appeals to Church Tradition. He does a really good job. I forget this guys name but he is often a guest on Catholic Answers Live.
Another place you can go to is ... http://www.catholicity.com/cds/
You can download their talks for free but if you can afford a small donation to help keep their ministry running they sure would appreciate it.
Hope this helps your friend.
