Re: How much sugar in your tea?
I take about a teaspoon of sugar in my tea. Sometimes I like just a little lemon, especially if I have fresh lemon handy.
No milk. I tried it once in tea. Just once mind you. Never again.
I use the "raw sugar" at home and whenever it's available if I'm in a restaurant.

I do not like sugar (or sweetener) in my tea or coffee, and that goes for hot or iced.
I take cream in both my coffee and hot tea.

Re: How much sugar in your tea?
This article might make you Splenda users think twice .....
I used to put Splenda in my tea, but now I use Stevia extract which is an all-natural no-calorie sweetener. I carry a bottle of Stevia with me.

Re: How much sugar in your tea?
Being diabetic (and all that that means with regard to diet) my tea and coffe (at home) is always decaf tea/coffee with soy milk and (a personal choice) a cyclamate based sweetener. I used to use full-cream milk with four spoons of sugar!! When out I have decaf cappuccino - with sweetener!! Oh how times change.

I can't stand those sweeteners in general. Good job.

Re: How much sugar in your tea?
I drink a lot of tea, both hot and iced. Never sweetened, though.
I do like Arnie Palmers, which is 1/2 iced tea and 1/2 lemonade, so there is a little sugar in the lemonade.

Over here we call it "ginger ale." Don't ask me why. I suppose we could have started calling it "ginger lager" and it wouldn't make a difference.
Yes, I do enjoy it, but it has to be dry dry dry. Many brands are just too sweet for my tastes.

Dry? That's new to me. We don't even have a dry version here. There is a Jamaican version which is very fiery and sweet. I love the combination.

We make those at work, but use sweet tea, so even more sugar!

Re: How much sugar in your tea?
What about green tea? Some people add sugar or honey to that drink too.
