The Ron Paul supporters will not be happy with your poll.
I picked Santorum. I like that he has plans to keep the Department of Energy ( where I work ), even if he thinks we need a reassessment of our priorities. I personally think new priorities could lead to exciting new work.

Sorry.
I didn't include him because I figured it'd be one of those three going against Obama. Last I heard Ron Paul was way at the bottom, though I guess things could definitely turn around.

Santorum needs to grab on to the contraception issue and explain what it is: big government. The big government is telling us how to worship, just like they tell us how to teach our kids, how to explore for energy, how to buy a house, how to educate our children, etc. If he just does this to tie it all together he will really go places.

He's definitely not the best debater out there and I think that's his biggest downfall... I'd say Newt is the best debater, shortly followed by Romney.
But Santorum seems like a good, genuine person... more so than any of the other candidates. I think people can sense that and it works in his favor.

I picked Santorum since he is my favorite, but I'm concerned about all of the Republicans running since I don't think it is clear any of them will be able to beat Obama.

Yeah, Romney sounds like he memorized what he was going to say and it doesn't sound like he's sincere. I mean, look how inconsistent he is with his views.

Although I had long felt that Romney had the best chance of defeating Obama, even in 2008, lately I have had the distinct sense that Romney will say anything if he thinks it might curry favor with his audience of the moment. I'm not sure he really has any views.

I voted for Romney!
Don't get me wrong, I think Rick is a heck of a guy. But given how far off-course we've steered, this next president needs to be a proven executive, and that's something at which I believe Romney has excelled.

Re: Who is CAF's fav?? 2012 Pres Candidates!
Ron Paul.
Second choice: Santorum.
I just can't take Newt seriously. He's such a total Washington insider, and not a very good one at that. He headed the House with a Republican majority, A Republican majority ion the Senate, and a Republican President, and still nothing improved. And then the monopoly got voted away. And he left Congress after being impeached on ethics charges! And on a personal note, I read his novel. One of the characters used the word "Paradigm" in conversation. I hate that word.

Where's Ron Paul?
None of the ones you listed is fit to be President.
