Is Holder qualified to speak on religious liberty after Hosanna-Tabor?

Obviously not.
Holder can claim anything he wants; it will be for Judges to decide.
In any case, I hear the Administration is looking for a "compromise" to the "compromise."

Re: Holder: 1st Amendment Allows Government to Force Catholics....
I've never heard of a unilateral backtrack being called a "compromise".

At this point whatever they "compromise" will be interesting. Regardless, if this doesn't show people the goodies that are in store for us, then I give up on my countrymen.......if there's such a thing as "brainwashing", they have been brainwashed, if the election is even close.

Re: Holder: 1st Amendment Allows Government to Force Catholics....
Knowing Holder's grasp of our country's laws, his full statement was probably "The first amendment of the Declaration of Independence allows government to force..."

I take "compromise to the compromise" to mean "backing down." The Adm. is up against the "Rock" -- with nowhere else to go with this.

I can't remember the last decent attorney general we had. Probably none in my lifetime (maybe when I was a kid).

Here I can only say that Holder and Obama's legal opinions are ******* unbelieveable even for people who slept through high school civics classes.

The importance of the next election can not be overstated! An agenda, not liberty, is this man's goal.

If this mandate is allowed to stand then we can expect persecution in the future and further laws and mandates that endanger our freedom of religion.

It will not stand - not in a court of law, there are several lawsuits against the HHS mandate currently.

Or calling Americans "cowards" with regards to race relations, or suing Arizona for creating a state law that is identical to the CFR with regards to immigration enforcement, or the voter intimidation scandal in Philidelphia, or Fast and Furious, or......
