Holder can claim anything he wants; it will be for Judges to decide.

In any case, I hear the Administration is looking for a "compromise" to the "compromise."

At this point whatever they "compromise" will be interesting. Regardless, if this doesn't show people the goodies that are in store for us, then I give up on my countrymen.......if there's such a thing as "brainwashing", they have been brainwashed, if the election is even close.

I take "compromise to the compromise" to mean "backing down." The Adm. is up against the "Rock" -- with nowhere else to go with this.

If you read the commentaries following that link, you will gain a new appreciation for how calm and civil the posters are on catholic.com. Maybe the administrators can throw a party to celebrate how easy their jobs are.

Here I can only say that Holder and Obama's legal opinions are ******* unbelieveable even for people who slept through high school civics classes.

It will not stand - not in a court of law, there are several lawsuits against the HHS mandate currently.
