There are a couple forums which allow members, such as you and I, to ask questions similar to yours.
The forum we are in, Staff Chat, might do in a pinch. However, perhaps a better forum would be:
Help! How does CAF work?
An alternative would be to search the forums to see if anyone has already asked a question similar to yours. Here is an older post (the same which Maryjk linked to) which answers your question:
