Reporting spam
We appreciate the reports we've been receiving from members of the spam that has regrettably been posted to the forums lately. We are working hard to get the problem under control and your help is both necessary and gratifying. One note: Please DO NOT add posts to a spam thread saying "Reported." Just report the spam without comment. While the intention to inform others that this has been done is appreciated, such extraneous posts make clean-up of the spam more difficult.
Thanks! And again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Good to know. I have always wondered if it was better to post "reported" or not. I am sure others have felt the same way.

Thank you for posting this. In the past when I have reported spam, I have added a post with "Reported" simply to alert others that it has been done, but I will not do that anymore. I do apologize for making work for you mods by doing that. You do a wonderful job and I am sorry for adding to your work.
