Default Suggestion: New Forum on Church History

I would like to see an additional forum on Church History, including the papacy.

I think that a Church History Forum would be an excellent idea. I just completed a Seminar on the Papacy and would like to know so much more!

What's wrong with discussing Church history in the Apologetics forum?

Church History forum? Great idea.

Church history is a very rich topic in itself and deserves its own forum.

I eighth the motion!

I too concur. This would be a good site to discuss councils, the fathers, popes, etc. This and the Catholic literature forum should be implemented without delay.

I fully support your suggestion. Controversial issues in the Church often have a significant historical angle attached to it.

AMEN! I would love to see a forum devoted to Church history; somebody else suggested, and I would also like to see, a forum on Catholic literature.

Nothing wrong with that. But these sub-forums are getting so full as to be somewhat unwieldly, and Church history would be a useful way to help free the sub-forums up. Just a growing pain, because the forum has grown so big. Deo Gratias!

Nothing wrong with that. But the forum membership has grown so big that it would clarify things a bit by having more sub-forums to choose from.
