Banned because Orthodox Chants are pretty good too.

Fun fact: the Gregorian Chant was in total disarray and had lost its former glory until it was restored by the Solesmes Congregation to which my sisters belong.

Banned cause it's an old French language book which is really quite general and covers mostly the history of the order. I have read some of the histories of specific communities though.
