How do you stop getting email notifcations from CAF

Towards the top of the page, under the Profile tab (don't click, just scroll over to reveal options), select Subscribed Threads, then all the threads you subscribed to in the past will show up. From there select which ones you don't want notifications for (or all of them by clicking on the top right box) and at the bottom of the table, there are options for selected threads, including stopping email notifications.

You might also want to make sure your Default Thread Subscription Mode (under Profile>Control Panel>Edit Options) is set to either "No email notification" or "Do not subscribe".
