Cousin doesn't let me sleep
Hi I usually have to wake up early for school the next day. The problem is that I share a room with my cousin and he is always playing video games during the middle of the night. I never tell him not too and I am always hiding the fact that I'm no able to sleep. This has gotten me to feel tired the next day and not do good in test because I didn't get a good nigh sleep.
What should I do? I don't know why I don't just tell him not too.

Get a timer in a hidden point of power that will switch off the power at 22:00 or whatever you want.

And where are your parents? Or his parents?

Re: Cousin doesn't let me sleep
You should say something to him. It's no one's fault but your own until you do. If you've been hiding the fact that you can't sleep, then your cousin can't possibly know that it's bothering you.

If you are under age, tell your parents, or his parents.
If you are at college or something, pluck up your courage and TELL HIM to stop doing this.

Get the TV and game console out of the room.

Re: Cousin doesn't let me sleep
Tell him to go in the other room and tell your parents. That's so annoying.

He won't know he is bothering you unless you tell him. Ask him to turn the screen around so the light will be away from you and to use headphones so you won't hear the sound effects.

Here ya go. Tell the adults, or if you are the adults, tell him yourself.
Can he play out in the living room? Wear earphones? Or simply go to sleep himself since doesn't he have school or work in the mornings also?

Re: Cousin doesn't let me sleep
thanks for all your responses. I reached an agreement with him.
He is going to play with the volume low and lower the brightness level down.
This has helped a lot and is letting me sleep. He also doesn't play everyday now
