What about "Servant of Jesus", "Servant of the Lord" or "Servant of God"?

Servus Iesu = Servant of Jesus
Servus Domini = Servant of the Lord
Servus Dei = Servant of God

Was Servus Iesus a typo? Should it be Servus Jesus?

Latin didn't have the letter "J" -- we sometimes use the "J" because "I" and "J" are really the same letter.

It is an I not a J, Latin doesn't utilize the letter J, so it is Iesus

I would have said servus Iesu, servus Domini, and servus Dei.

Correct translations are:

masculine:
Servus Jesu
Servus Domini
Servus Dei

feminine:
Serva Jesu
Serva Domini
Serva Dei

For the plural 'Servants of...':

masculine:
Servi Jesu
Servi Domini
Servi Dei

feminine:
Servae Jesu
Servae Domini
Servae Dei

For groups comprised of both men and women, the masculine forms are used.

The words Jesu, Domini, and Dei must be in the genitive (possessive) case. The word Jesu is of the fourth declension, but irregular; most nouns of the fourth use -us in the genitive. For example, the 'Society of Jesus' is 'Societas Jesu' and "At the name of Jesus...' uses the 'Jesu' form. There is some inconsistency throughout history in the declension of 'Jesus.'
Domini and Dei are second declension.
