Default Easiest and Hardest Seminaries...

Like colleges/universities, are there seminaries that are extremely difficult to get in, and some that are extremely easy to get in?

If so, what are some examples?

It doesn't really work like that. Ultimately you go where your bishop or religious superior sends you. Some seminaries are certainly more demanding academically than others. Traditionally the International seminaries in Rome, the Pontifical North American College for instance, are usually seen as being among the more demanding in this area and usually the most capable seminarians are sent there (although there is no hard and fast rule on this, it's where e Bishop tells you to go that you go)

Thank you very much!

It must be pretty tough to get into the Pontifical North American College. I watched some show about it, can't remember the name. I suppose you also need to know Italian.

Take care!
