To move, or not to move...
...that is indeed the question.
Hello, my brothers and sisters in Christ!
My husband (who is Protestant and does not attend Mass with me on a regular basis) and I are trying to decide whether or not to move at this time. This move is now two years in the making. We had been all for it up until about six weeks ago, when certain events (particularly in my life, with relation to my parish and especially my pastor - it's a loooooooong story) made us wonder whether or not this is actually the right time to relocate. He has some unfinished business locally that he knows he should settle before we go, but he still wants to move more than he wants to stay. I'm increasingly opposed to going anywhere, at least for the foreseeable future, maybe the next one or two years. We gave ourselves until the end of May to think and pray about it, and that deadline is fast approaching.
Please pray for God's guidance in this matter. The thought of being separated from my pastor at this time is more than my heart can bear and my husband understands the reasons for this, but if it's better in every other way for us to leave then that is what I must find the strength to do.
Thank you so much!

Re: To move, or not to move...
Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen

Father Almighty, I pray that You guide UpUpAndAway and her husband in discerning Your wonderful plan for them.. Let them know in ways they will understand, the best path to take for their future. Bless them always and surround them with family, friends, people, and loved ones who can help them. All these I ask in Jesus' name. AMEN.

Re: To move, or not to move...
Thank you all for your prayers. We have decided to prioritize staying put. This doesn't mean we definitely won't move after all, only that it isn't our primary focus as it has been for the past two years.
Again, my deepest gratitude.
