I don't attend church, but anytime I feel down, I chat with God in my mind or just pick a page in the Bible and read a passage, and I always feel better, because God is always with us. Just saying hello to everyone!

I am a Cradle Catholic and have always been spiritual most of my life, even as a small child. God has always been very special to me - the 'Core of my life'.
