While heterosexuality is disordered due to the sin of Adam and Eve, the attraction between men and women is not disordered, but the sexual attraction between 2 men is. They are not “just like”.

If you know you are being ignorant and dense, so why are you doing it? Do you know that it is also being unfaithful? Perhaps, as you did write, “I'm not strong enough in my faith”. Try not to get banned, because people here can help you with that.

Because I'm being honest. Am I close to getting banned? I really didn't know...dude imnot sure even wat your point here is...I'm simply saying my opinion...so you think that homosexuality is the same as pedophilia?

some States (like Texas) have whole prisons for only pedophiles just because of that ... so it probably won't happen. The system has to protect their own kind somehow.

I like the honesty part, but now it appears that you are saying that honesty is incompatible with being learned and teachable. But then, there are those here who are ignorant, dense, and dishonest about it, so I believe we have real progress here today. Just be careful with the hate speech.

No, I don't think that homosexuality is the same as pedophilia. I don't know why you would ask that. I do see that your view of the difference between -adult on child sex, and adult on adult sex is profusely warped, but that doesn't mean, consequently, that I see them as the same, either. I don't think it's correct to say that homosexuality is pedophilia, although it often is. I am saying that the term pedophilia isn't necessary, because we already have two words to describe it: homosexuality, and fornication. For the absolutely most overwhelming majority of heterosexuals that engage in sex with children, they do not want to marry them. Of course there may be most rare exceptions even to that, since we know that the prophet Mohammed married Aisha at age 8.

So let's go back to my first post in this thread. I wrote, “If we administer the DP to those who are Gay with children, or fornicate with children, can't we at least give a year or two jail to other Gays and fornicators?” In stating that, I was not stating that all homosexuals should equally be given the DP, I was simply stating that if those Gays who are doing Gay things to children should get the DP, then the other Gays should, at the absolute very least, get a couple of years in jail. Your warped view seems to be that the other Gays should be left off free. I realize that you are simply stating your opinion, but I am also stating mine. I believe in balanced justice, and I have faith in the teachings of the Church. Since we now have homosexuality legalized for most, giving the DP to limited segments of that group would be scapegoating. Do you know what scapegoating is? That's when you want to blame someone else for your own evil. It surely is not justice. It is to be expected that that some like Brinkin would get not much more than a slap on the wrist.

Nah,... my kids live in Texas with their mother. It's not too bad of a drive between us though. The public school system is much better over there than it is in Louisiana at least.

Hey I get a lot of infractions from Robert Bay, I ain't gonna start a fight...he's just doing his job. Sometimes I agree he was right and I was out of line, other times I disagree and think he's too sensitive, but irregardless Robert Bay is the moderator and he is doing his job whether we agree or not on his decisions to give warnings, infractions or thread removals.
