Getting Logged Out Automatically?

much time is spent researching, analyzing and typing replies to
posts. please explain when after logging in, going to the particular
topic, typing the reply. hitting enter and the post disappears.
scrolling down the message states: "you are not logged in" etc.

It sounds like you are being automatically logged off of the forums after a period of perceived inactivity.

For security reasons, if the forum does not detect any account activity for 15 minutes, the account is automatically logged off.

To circumvent this, it is generally a good idea to compose lengthy responses in another text editor and then copy that content into your forum message editor before posting. This assures you that you'll have a copy handy regardless of the forum state.

Alternatively, you can try and remember to copy the response into your clipboard before clicking the "Submit Reply" button.
