Mistakes happen. Ask for the thread to be deleted, and start over! 
(Personally, I'd put in 8-11 and 12+ as choices, because IMHO 12 is a different kettle of fish than 8. I knew two families of 16 while growing up, and some families are larger than that.)

Yeah, unfortunately large families are no longer quite so common. Some people think it is a disgrace that some people choose to have a large family.
Personally, I will probably never get married so I will probably never have children unless I do get married. The one guy who I would marry is not Catholic and is not even a Christian so its highly unlikely that him and I will ever get married unless he becomes Catholic.

I was about to point that out. 
Interesting poll, though - the average size in India has dropped from 4-7 a couple of generations ago to 1-2 these days. I wonder what the figures are like from other countries. Would be interesting to look as posters' replies vs date of birth.... but I'll stop now before I betray my nerdish tendencies any further,

I voted for my parents...they have four children. One girl (me!) and three boys.
As an unmarried college student, I have no children at this time in my life.

Five. All grown. Two boys, three girls, six grandchildren. I often wished I had been able to have more children. I hated to see that part of my life come to an end. A lady in my parish has ten! They are a wonderful family. No one else here has that many.

Well, I just voted with the only 8+ so far. We have eight children living, and we've had eight miscarriages, so that makes sixteen both here and, by the grace of God, in heaven as well.
There are a few other families with eight at my parish, but none with more than eight. Not that we aren't working hard at it mind you! 
We love children. I doubt we'll have any more, though. We've had four miscarriages in a row, and it's been a long time now since she's conceived. 
Our youngest (age 3) told us last night that when she gets married and has babies she's going to name a boy baby "Daddy" and a girl baby "Mommy". Gotta love that!
