I absolutely love the Sister Mary Martha blogger. She is an absolute hoot, and her advice is spot on.

I know you posted this because of the "what not to wear" question. I happen to agree with her. There are some outfits that we put on for comfort or convenience and don't really think about it too much, even if it is revealing - shorts and a tank top say to do yard work.

However, I know that young women often wear certain fashions for the deliberate purpose of looking "hot" or feeling sexy. That is sinful (venial or mortal depends on exactly what you have on and your true intentions). If you are deliberately arousing another person who is not your spouse, that is sinful. If you want to maintain your chastity and still dress like that, you are just stupid.

Disclaimer: I am not talking about rape or violence. Just the slippery slope we think we can roll down and still stay chaste.

I assumed the missing #4 was a format-o. The paragraph under #3 was probably numbered automatically by whatever editor the blogger is using. When she deleted the number, the list didn't adjust.
