dancing nun?
Hello all,
What's this all about?

Stay away from late night talk show monologues; I can only imagine what they will do with this.

Anyway, no matter what the press does with this, her superior reprimanded her, and she took her reprimand in the right spirit. That's the best ending for a story like this.

The best ending? Yes, of course. Will it be? No, of course not. They will turn this into some circus side show.

Exactly. I should have said, "The best ending, if the media actually tried for once to treat Catholics fairly."
Funny how the whackos on the 'Christian' fringe can do all kinds of things, and say whatever they want about Catholics, but the media will focus on ONE dancing nun or a handful of misguided lay Catholics somewhere.
In the midst of WYD, when thousands of young Catholics got together to celebrate the Faith, one overenthusiastic and immature performance by a nun gets the press. Hence the 'ad' in my earlier post.

Re: dancing nun?
They probably will not be able to pass up the chance to ridicule or minimize the entire event based on the actions of one unfortunate incident. They will probably also focus much more on her behaviour than her reprimand. The reprimand is clear evidence of what we stand for. It is just unfortunate that someone gave them something to exploit.
