Default Grandma in Hospice

Please pray for my Grandma, Joanne. She is really sick and they don't know how much longer she will be with us. She is at home and is being visited by a hospice nurse during the day.

Father, we place Joanne into your hands;
Acknowledge a sheep of your own fold,
A lamb of your own flock,
A sinner of your own redeeming.
Enfold her in the arms of your mercy,
In the blessed rest of everlasting peace,
And in the glorious company of the saints in light.

Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

Lord, heal and comfort Joanne in this trying time, and all those who suffer as a result of this matter. Grant ministering angels to help all involved, especially Joanne. Mary, pray with us. Amen.

Lord embrace, comfort, and strengthen Joanne in this difficult time of her life.
Please also help her family to find strength and consolation as they cope with their anxiety and their sadness.
Please abundantly bless Joanne, Allegra, and their family, now and always.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death.

Amen
