Default Prayer to relieve stress and anxiety?

Just wondering if anyone knew of a prayer to relieve stress and anxiety, especially that which is related to work? Thank you.

How about St. Margaret Mary's prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus:
O Heart of love, I put all my trust in Thee; for I fear all things from my own weakness, but I hope for all things from Thy goodness. Amen.
Or the simple prayer of St. Faustina to our Lord:
Jesus, I trust in you.

The rosary! It really works. Using the beads is also part of the anxiety alleviating process. God bless you!

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

†

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Using the miraculous medal will help you.

Mary promised GREAT and ABUNDANT graces for those who wore this medal and prayed.
While you pray, hold onto the medal, tell Mary you want a GREAT grace to help you overcome this trying moment to live you life in peace with her son. Just say that you know she will do this for you since she said she would help you with great graces when you asked with trust.
Then go on about your buisness. It works.

Be at peace.

That sounds like a great idea! I do have my rosary beads, but I haven't really prayed the rosary before. Is there a website that you can recommend? Thank you.

Oh, my Jesus, merciful savior. You who holds me in the sacred blood from the wound in your side. Pour your loving, cleaning blood over me. Heal my weaknesses. Amen

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the heart of Jesus as a fountain for mercy for us, I trust in You.

Padre Pio said the rosary is a weapon. Use it.

Meditate on the Scripture, "Perfect love casts out all fear."

Pray the Our Father and the Hail Mary slowly and from your heart, meaning every word you say. The Rosary will also do much to relieve stress and anxiety, that is, when it is not rushed or said carelessly; love Mary deeply whenever you say it and think of her at the scenes of the sacred the mysteries. God bless you.

Hail Holy Queen. I say this pray several times a day, whenever my anxiety flairs up.

Let's remember Saint Dymphna, who is the patron saint of mental illnesses and disorders. She's my 'go-to' saint for things like that, but I also call on my list of saints: Stes. Dymphna, Teresa of Avila, Cecelia, Anne for almost everything. I also like to wear my blessed St. Dymphna medal, and will be adding the Miraculous Medal and Blessed Mother Teresa as well.

God bless you and keep you.
