Default Prayers for my daughter

My daughter suffers from depression, similar to bi-polarism. She has thoughts of suicide. Currently is talking with a therapist who is working on finding medication that will help her. I pray for her everyday. Get scared that one day I will get the dreaded phone call. Don't know what to say sometimes to make her believe it will get better. If you have any ideas on how I can help her please let me know. Thanks.

Jesus please hold Sassysally and her daughter in Your heart.
If there is some physical cause to the depression, please ensure it is found and managed.
Jesus let the love of her mother and of Your divine Self light penetrate to her depths and bring her into the light.
Jesus please send Your Angels to surround her when she is in those dark moments.
Surround her with your light and love.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

I will pray a Rosary for your intentions, and for the comfort of your daughter.

May Jesus comfort you
in all your afflictions.
May He sustain you in dangers,
watch over you always with His grace,
and indicate the safe path
that leads to eternal salvation.
And may He render you
always dearer to His Divine Heart
and always more worthy of Paradise. Amen.

I beseech thee, angelic spirit, to whom this girl has been entrusted by Providence: that thou unceasingly guard her, protect her, visit her, and defend her from every attack of the devil. While she is waking and sleeping, by night and by day, every hour and minute protect her. Accompany her wherever she goes. By the power of God, drive from her every temptation of Satan, and those which her merits do not drive away, by thy prayers hold fast before the Most Merciful Judge, so that nothing contrary may have a place in her. And whenever thou seest her treading upon the slippery path of vice, trouble thyself to lead her back to Our Redeemer through the paths of justice. And whatever need or distress thou beholdst her to be in, may she feel the help of almighty God by means of thy protection over her. Amen.

O beautiful Flower of Carmel, most fruitful Vine,
Splendor of Heaven, holy and singular,
who brought forth the Son of God, still ever remaining
a Pure Virgin, assist us in this necessity.

O Star of the Sea, help and protect us!
Show us that thou art our Mother.

O Mary, Conceived without sin,
Pray for us who have recourse to thee!

Mother and Ornament of Carmel, Pray for us!
Virgin, Flower of Carmel, Pray for us!
Patroness of all who wear the Scapular, Pray for us!
Hope of all who die wearing the Scapular, Pray for us!
St. Joseph, Friend of the Sacred Heart, Pray for us!
St. Joseph, Chaste Spouse of Mary, Pray for us!
St. Joseph, Our Patron, Pray for us!

Amen.

Hello Sassysally. I am praying for both you and your daughter to have strength and faith during this difficult time. The only advice I can give is to be there for her like you already are doing and that's the most important thing you can do for her, and PRAY. I will offer up my Rosary for her and pray that her doctors can find the right medicine so she can feel like she's in control of her life again. I suffered from depression for a while and I know what it's capable of, and I know it has the ability to find it's way from the person it's affecting, to their loved ones. So please keep praying and never give up hope.

O God, your Son accepted our sufferings to teach us the virtue of patience in human illness. Hear the prayers we offer for our sick brothers and sisters. May all who suffer pain, illness or disease realize that they are chosen to be saints, and know that they are joined to Christ in his suffering for the salvation of the world, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; and where there is sadness, joy. O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love; for it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning that we are pardoned; and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. Amen

Hail, holy Queen, mother of mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To thee do we send up our sighs mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us, and after this our exile show us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary. Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ. Amen

I don't know if your daughter is the same way, but I know if I'm depressed or having suicidal thoughts it helps me if someone just initiates conversation with me and talks to me and shows interest in me... not just one or two questions but an ongoing conversation. And it doesn't need to be about how I'm feeling or anything; small talk alone brightens the moment.

By St. Ignatius of Loyola:

O Christ Jesus
When all is darkness
And we feel our weakness and helplessness,
Give us the sense of Your Presence,
Your Love and Your Strength.
Help us to have perfect trust
In Your protecting love
And strengthening power,
So that nothing may frighten or worry us,
For, living close to You,
We shall see Your Hand,
Your Purpose, Your Will through all things. Amen.

St Anne Prayer (To Obtain A Special Favor)

Glorious Saint Anne, filled with compassion for those who invoke you and with love for those who suffer, heavily laden with the weight of troubles, I cast myself at your feet and humbly beg of you to take the present affair which I recommend to you under special protection.

Saint Anne, please, recommend this intention to your daughter, the Blessed Virgin Mary, and lay it before the throne of Jesus, so that He may bring peace where there is despair. Saint Anne, cease not to intercede until this request is granted.

Dear Saint Anne, please bring the intentions of this loving but deeply troubled mother to your Blessed Daughter Mary, Mother of us all. And I beseech of You Dear Saint Anne to put to work the miraculous chain of Heavenly order that will deliver the daughter of this loving mother straight to Our Lord Jesus, to his Sacred Heart and to His Divine Mercy that she will be delivered from this malaise; to be delivered from this evil that threatens her immortal soul.

Above all, obtain for them and all who believe the grace of one day beholding God, our Father, face to face, and with You Good Saint Anne, mother of her who is our life, our sweetness and our hope, pray to her for us and obtain this request.

Yes, stay with your daughter as much as possible. She cannot be alone at this time.
Cook comfort foods. Did you ever sing to her? If so, sing the songs she once loved and perhaps massage her head.
