Default Schumer Says Alito Will "Make Law"

http://www.cnn.com/2005/POLITICS/10/...ush/index.html

"The initial review of Judge Alito's record shows that there's a real chance that he will, like Justice Scalia, choose to make law rather than interpret law and move the court in a direction quite different than it has gone"

Master of deceipt or without a clue? Make law? Are you kidding me? This is the same guy that said the Supreme Court was supposed to make law. Has he any idea what he is talking about?

I'm very pleased, Brad, to see that we can finally agree on something!

Schumer, or as I like to refer to him, "Chucky-boy," is an anti-Catholic bigot in the original sense of the word. He actually opposed the nomination of William Pryor to the 11th Circuit because of his "deeply-held religious beliefs" on abortion.

Chucky-boy always likes to talk about how far "outside the mainstream" pro-lifers are. But he really should be asking how far outside the natural law he is! This is a guy who is in Planned Parenthood's pocket.

Instead of asking how far inside or outside the "mainstream" a nominee may be, we should be asking whether these judges are "right or wrong." After all, 150 years ago, it was indeed "outside the mainstream" to oppose slavery 100%. Some things never change, I guess.

But, Chucky-boy will have to suffer frustration after frustration now, along with Teddy and Dicky [Durbin], since an apparant judicial conservative has bee nominated. When will they ever learn?

Schumer is still reeling from the embarassing beatdown he took by John Roberts.

He made Schumer look like a buffoon.
