Can a non-Catholic pray the Rosary?

6th post for mystery: In all the posts so far there is not one mention of a rosary as being a mystery in Christ's Church. I wonder who is telling the truth, God or a man?

When getting a rosary should it be made in Italy. I ordered a Men's St. Benedict Black Solid Wood Rosary- Made in Brazil is that ok and do i need it to be blessed?

Are any of you clergy? I am curious because I am going through R.C.I.A. this fall, know much about Catholicism, and feel totally attracted to the Rosary. I was told by a Benedictine Monk that you could NOT use the Rosary until you convert. The Order of Saint Benedict is a very devout Order. St. Benedict was the one who wrote the rule/laws for the Monasteries. We really need to make sure all the "yes`" are correct, i dont think they are.
