Default Father Ignacio Larrañaga

A church near my house is having a prayer workshop based on the teachings of Father Ignacio Larrañaga.

I am not familiar with this priest. Does anyone have more information on Fr. Larranaga and his teachings?

Would you recommend this prayer workshop?

Thank you for your help,

To be learned and able to discuss the Trinity will get you nowhere if you do not have humility, and therefore displease the Holy Trinity. Thomas Kempis.

Google his name and there's loads of sites with information, including these:

After reading them, I'd say that I would definitely go.

I recently enrolled in the 15 week Prayer and Life Workshop. This was the most thrilling workshop I have ever enrolled in since rediscovering my Catholic faith! I encourage every Catholic to deepen their faith and attend this workshop at least once. I plan on enrolling again next year.

I attended the 15 week Pray and Life Workshop. Because of the workshop I got a better understanding of how to bring different forms of prayer in to my life. I studied for a year to become a guide. I recommend this to every Catholic. It involves a commitment of time and prayer but so well worth it.

Fr. Groeschel had a tape set out years ago, called "Experiencing God's Presence", and the companion book was by Fr. Ignacio Larranaga. One can't go wrong with Fr. Groeschel!
