Default Super Catholic Wanna Be!!!!

Super Catholic! That is my life's aspiration. I come on this board to interact with and watch you Super Catholics in action. Some of my favorite defenders of the faith reside in the growing metropolis of Catholic Answers.

I’ve always known that in order to be a Super Catholic I must be true to God’s calling. It is exciting to fly out of the sky to fight for truth, justice, and the Catholic way, it's noble to slay the questing beast, and it's appealing to impart my wisdom leaving my “Z” on the CA walls. It's been fun believing that my calling is here.

However, God's plans for me are far different than my own. As a parent my ministry is quite honorable indeed. It often brings little worldly reward; however, it is extremely spiritually rewarding. Because I am continuously surrounded by it I often forget how important a job it is. When I asked my children what they wanted to do in 2006, they each said independent from one another that they wanted to spend more time with me. Wow! How humbling is that? Well, I’m going to honor that request. In order to do that, I must take time away from here 'cause like it or not meals still need to be made, laundry still needs to be washed, and potties still need to be scrubbed.

I’ll pop in and out occasionally to see how things are going. I’m not moving out of town just not going to all the town hall meetings. Remember, you can come and visit; I’m just a PM away.

I must go; my public awaits. And to all you great Defenders of the Faith -

There are so many blessings in taking care of your family first. When my children are young I could have never got on here. But as my grand daughter calls for attention I will try hard to remember this lesson of love.
