I don't see an area on this website to post suggestions, so I am going to use this forum.
In looking at the topics in this forum, I notice that quite a few members have had a problem that I have been experiencing. I post a question to the "Ask An Apologist" forum and it does not receive a response. This is a link that was given to another member with this issue:

I realize that the apologists may not be able to answer every question because they are busy, or because of the nature of the question. However, you may consider having a moderator or administrator send a pre-formatted e-mail to the sender letting them know the general reason why their question was not answered (moderators overloaded w/ questions; cannot respond to topic, please try another forum). This would help new to reassure new members like myself that it is not that we are being ignored, or have asked something completely inappropriate, and would save the sender the time he/she may spend checking backing in the forum to see if his/her question has been answered.
Thanks for taking the time to read my suggestion
