First of all, you should always say your sins in great detail. Everytime I do this, I feel like God is back with me even greater than other times I did not.

Now, I would not recommend ignoring the advice. I would pray it over and think about it to see if it even affects a small part of my life. If there is no way in finding use for the advice, try to save the advice for later purposes. It may help you out sometime in your life.
