Let us not feed Castro's propaganda with a lack of compassion and education on our parts.
Yes the education is first class. But, the medical facilities they work in are sadly lacking. Also in CUBA the children belong to the state and thus the education is free as long as you are a GOOD BOY OR GIRL. One of my grandson's GOD parents is a naturalized American citizen from CUBA. His family still has members in CUBA.
