Default Catholic Websites being hacked

I am posting at other various Catholic websites that our own was just hacked by Satanists this morning and we lost everything up to a month ago. I'm emailing the catholic.com webmaster as well to inform them of how they got in (when we thought we were secure). They completely deleted our whole website, got into our server, and caused havoc on it. I'm also friends with other Catholic webmasters and 2 others had the same thing happen to them as well in the past month.

At least we know we are making a difference!

Kind Regards,
Adam Janke

CAF was down for nearly three weeks. Looks like we were not the only worthy of being attacked.

Yes. It will take me about 48 hours to get up and running again. I'm just hoping to spread the word to any other Catholic webmasters out there - back up your websites regularly! If anyone would like more information on what has happened to several of us and how to protect yourself, please feel free to email or PM me.

It's not only the Catholic sites that get hacked.

I post sometimes at a very fundamentalist literalist forum. That's been hacked and brought down several times in the last few months.

So that is what occurred in order for it to be off for so long. And I lost my first set of posting privileges---I re-signed up with my original screenname, though, which is simply my initials of my full name.
