Lightbulb "I'M TAKING BACK THE RAINBOW" Shirts!

You know what would be a great idea, “Taking Back the Rainbow” Shirts!
Does anyone know where we could get shirts like that? That would be cool. Something like Edwin1961’s logo or Grace and Glory’s logo.

Taking back the rainbow concedes we lost it. I believe the motto should not concede that point. It's God's rainbow.

I have to admit I just copied my logo from someone else. Unfortunately, I don't remember who it was. Just so everyone here can see it, it's in my signature:

How about Faithful Catholic - honoring God's rainbow?

Think about it. Sounds like: Faithful Catholic: pro choice.

That would not be good. Any ideas?

I hope you don't mind that I took it. I have no talent whatsoever for creating graphics.

Don't forget to put CarolAnn's poem on the back of the shirt!

I had brought it up and a few others, that don't just make the shirts for 'only Catholics, but all of God's children who want the meaning of the Rainbow to go back to God.

I just had a thought....

If you want to make and sell T-shirts, after expenses, who would get the proceeds?
What group would want back this cause and to take up the rights to sell the shirts?

It's a great cause and idea, now the 'economics' needs to be looked at.

I believe CAF is having a fundraiser as we type. Perhaps they would be interested?? It would be a GREAT way to raise much needed funds!

It's easy as pie to set up a store on CafePress.com - you can have a store up and running within an hour - and they have top notch customer service. If they send out a wrong item or size, they fix it pronto. (It didn't happen frequently, but there were mistakes made in the last few months before the election - they fixed them instantly - no fuss.)

You also set the prices - you can make the items profit-free, or just a quarter, to cover the operating costs of the "premium" level. (I forget what CP calls it.) Or you can add a couple of bucks or more and make it a fundraiser.

One thing that you have to consider is that CafePress will set up an online "store" for virtually anyone, any cause. If there is an alternative site that's similar that also refuses to support pro-abortion and other issues that Catholics care about, then that would be better.

You need to use the best possible graphics and ensure that you are not infringing on any copyrights when setting up a new design. But, this is very easy for someone who works with digital graphics for print to do.

I would recommend not setting up bumper stickers - CP's bumper stickers fade very quickly - just a few weeks in bright sun washes out colors. Their t-shirt printing is very good quality, though.
