Since the article specifically says that this includes "selective reduction" that is probably most of them. I would have expected more, frankly. I had been under the impression that multiple implants and resulting 'reduction' was fairly common in IVF.

It sounds so detached and clinical, eh? "Selective reduction" was performed. So much more civilized than "killing off the extra unwanted ones."
