Due to rigid copyrights on this book, I can’t say anything specific about its contents, but I think it’s a good book to read on Jewish ( and by extension, Christian ) spirituality. It’s _The Six Constant Mitzvos_from Artscroll.com.
That title would translate into the six constant commands (of the Torah) that Jews are to observe at all waking times. The book has been divided into sections, each for a day’s worth of reading. 259 pages in 50 days.
The Pontifical Biblical Commission endorses the practice of reading positive books on spirituality from Judaism.
This is a great book. The Path of Life is another such book for daily readings and re-readings.
