A mother rejected. Please pray for her

#1

My dear friend who is in her late 70’s son will not speak to his mother. She is a devout believer who loves all her children. She had 4 children and lost one to an early death and is now a widow. One of her sons is gay and his sibblings are angry with her because she has welcomed him home after he’d left many years w/o contact. She loves ALL her children although the others 2 sibblings have cut ties to their mom. Her priest wrote her children which enraged them more. She sent gifts to them for Christmas although they never even called her. This past week they mailed back her gifts she sent w/o opening them. This is so hard on her. Her name is Mary. She is a prayer warrior for soooo many others. Please pray for her!

Praying for Mary and her children to reunite and love one another.

Our Father, who art in Heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come,
thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen

*Hail Mary full of grace the Lord is with thee. *
*Blessed art thou amongst women *
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus
*Holy Mary, Mother of God *
*pray for us sinners now *
*and at the hour of our death. *
Amen.

August Queen of the Heavens, heavenly sovereign of the Angels, Thou who from the beginning received from God the power and the mission to crush the head of Satan, we humbly beseech Thee to send Your holy Legions, so that under Thy command and through Thy power, they may pursue the demons and combat them everywhere, suppress their boldness, and drive them back into the abyss. Who is like God? O good and tender Mother, Thou will always be our love and hope! O Divine Mother, send Thy Holy Angels to defend me and to drive far away from me the cruel enemy. Holy Angels and Archangels, defend us, guard us. Amen.

Jesus You told Your story of the prodigal son in order that we know how God wishes us to forgive.
Jesus, in giving welcome to one of her sons, a prodigal due to his confusion, this mother has angered the children who had remained close.
This mother welcomed her son
as the father welcomed his prodigal so, and just as the older son was angry at his father’s welcome,
so are this mother’s other children.
Jesus let these older ones hear Your words, and understand that they are greatly loved even though to prodigal son has been welcomed
Let them hear the words You taught

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come,
Thy will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen

Prayers for Mary and for her children, that their hearts will be changed.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.

Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother; to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.

Amen.

Praying hard for her

Someone needs to remind these** selfish** children of hers that their mother will not always be there for them here on earth there’s nothing like the realization of a family member dying and all of a sudden you realize there was so much you wanted to say and so much you wanted to apologize for but then you realize you won’t have that opportunity.** these children need to wise up before it’s too late.**

#17

Still praying for this poor soul.

me too rocket me too. I haven’t had the best relationship with my mom and I used to complain about her gifts as well. Until one Christmaswhen my grandparents complained about this beautiful clock that my aunt had given them. All they could say was how ugly it was and that it didn’t go with their house so it came home with me I have it up in my house but it was in that moment that I realized how much I must’ve hurt my mom for many years by complaining about her gifts so now I’m grateful for each one of them regardless of whether it is my favorite or not and I have had quite a few deaths in my family in the past few years so I try to honor my parents as much as possible while they are still here. As I said before there’s nothing like a death to make you realize all the things you wanted to say but then it’s too late for that. I just hope that these children realize how much they are hurting their mother before it is too late and they have to live with the regret for the rest of their lives.

I hope that these children are reconciled with their mother very soon. I was very close to both my mother and my father and I cared for my mother after my father passed until she passed away last July and I miss both my parents every day. A mothers love is precious and I hope that these children realise what they are loosing.

I will hold this soul in my prayers tonight:gopray2:
