After sixteen years, can I return to the Church?

For the past sixteen years I have been living a sinful secular life. I received my baptism, First Communion, and confirmation in the Catholic Church when I was younger. What is the process that I need to go through to come back to the Catholic Church?

Whether it be six or sixteen or sixty-six years, it is never too late to return to the Church. Since you have received all of the initiatory sacraments, all that is required is confession. Welcome home!
