Air Cars: A New Wind for America's Roads?

A car that runs on air. it seems like a good idea.

An air-powered car? It may be available sooner than you think at a price tag that will hardly be a budget buster. The vehicle may not run like a speed racer on back road highways, but developer Zero Pollution Motors is betting consumers will be willing to fork over $20,000 for a vehicle that can motor around all day on nothing but air and a splash of salad oil, alcohol or possibly a pint of gasoline.

the only real problem is that to get the benifit you’d actually have to get in the car. i see two problems with that.

  1. in the pictures in the artice i didnt see any doors
  2. most people over 12 will not fit inside (if there is a door)

35mph with a 60 mile range? no thanks. and it looks like a toy, why do these breakthrough tech vehicles look like rolling jokes?

American-style ride.

I’m sure they could make one in the shape of that race car you like  I’d drive something slow like that if it meant we could support twice as many people on earth.

we can support plenty of people on earth now, more than we have here. maybe if the government stopped paying people to not grow corn, and pushing to use what we grow for fuel we could all drive big real cars not the fischer price looking thingy.

truly … your mileage may vary.

That yellow thing looks like a toy! I can’t believe they’re serious about this…
