An hypocritical block in US senate

It´s very depressing that US, like champion of freedom in all senses, wanted a protection respect chinese enterprises, now, with the privatisation of public chinese enterprises, US, wwould want to go, but US has to accept the globalisation.

I suspect it is the old story Franze — $$$$ talks and talks a lot.

If money were involved, the deal would not have been blocked. The PRC offered over a 10% premium.

This one is the public. With the sentiment we see regarding Walmart and Chinese imports, politicians who argue we should allow the sale of America’s 9th largest oil company to Communist China will be slaughtered in the next election.

The flaw with the American system of government is not that people are shut out and large interests run it. It is that the public does usually get what it wants.
