Well, hold the election again under the same guidelines as pre pandemic times. No mail in ballots. In person only unless one qualifies for an absentee ballot just as before the pandemic.

The best thing would be to keep on having elections until you get the result you want.

Well it certainly worked in the E.U. Danish and Irish Referendums on the Maastricht and Nice Treaties. ( I speak as as “Remain” voter in the UK also )

One key problem with the UK referendum was it was an In/Out with no consideration of what the in/out actually meant - thus Brexiteers were able to waffle on about how the UK could have its cake and eat it, all the advantages of being in the EU with none of the disadvantages.
