- Do you think that each of us really has a Guardian Angel??
I most definitely believe that we all have a guardian angel. Here is an excerpt from an article in the National Catholic Register that points to it in the catechism.
According to the Catechism of the Catholic Church:
From its beginning until death, human life is surrounded by their watchful care and intercession. Beside each believer stands an angel as protector and shepherd leading him to life. Already here on earth the Christian life shares by faith in the blessed company of angels and men united in God [CCC 336].
Yes we do!
They are pure spirit. Artists have depicted them in many ways, and they have appeared to men having a body and sometimes wings. I have been praying to my guardian angel more than ever before. There are excellent books about the angels as well, such as “Angels and Demons” by Peter Kreeft. It is in question and answer format.
Here is a site where you can learn more about angels:
Yes we each have a guardian angel. Priests are said to have two.
I think people have Guardian Angels, but I also believe places— cities, churches, countries, etc-- have guardians as well.
Yes and the guardian angel has complete knowledge of you and your spiritual needs. It is up to you to freely accept his help.
Yes. We do have Guardian Angels.
i’m unsure if ALL do, but don’t let any kids see this before going
for a hike in the woods.
I had an angel once. She was a gingerbread tan, with a long tail and a delightful disposition. She was definitely an angel and passed away five years ago. I used to call her my angel girl, or the angelic one, and sometimes Angelique or Angelus Bell. She had a friend who happened to be a lizard. He liked her and sat on her back every evening in the early summer nights. Her ears had been cut by some monster before I adopted her.
Oh…you mean the spirit kind!!!
Really? That sounds like a wonderful tradition. Where have you heard this?
