Are the mentally disabled considered saints upon death?

I’ve asked this question a few times now but no one has answered. If someone is born with severe intellectual or mental disabilities, do they become a saint upon death (if he or she is baptized Catholic)? Since such people cannot sin, how does the Church weigh in on this topic? Thanks in advance.

This link should answer your question on the salvation of baptized individuals with mental disabilities. If you have any further questions or concerns that are not answered by this link, please contact Catholic Answers directly.
