Autistic student 'humiliated' at prom after sister barred

I have a son on the severe side of the autism spectrum, so this one hits a little close to home. It seems that both the parents and the school system could have been a lot more proactive in ensuring that the young man’s special needs could be accommodated.

This hits close to home as well. I am diagnosed on the spectrum and the same goes for 3 of my brothers and one of my sisters. People are too… rash? nowadays. It saddens me that accommodations are few and far.

One wonders who is the most challenged here
