Those that attended Bilderberg.
My goodness. Really? Well, then I guess this would disqualify Perry for President since he attended the conference. I'm no attorney, but here's the way I understand it. If a person took it upon themselves to negotiate with a foreign governement, that person would be guilty of violating the Logan Act. A person, let's say, like Robert Gates, Sec. of Defense might engage in what some may categorize as a negotiation but as a member of the Cabinet, he would be an authorized agent of the Executive Branch of which the President is Chief Officer. So, in my limited understanding, he would not be an unauthorized citizen engaging in an illegal act.
Regardless, let's say you could establish that some person, like Rick Perry, by attending Bilderberg, violated the Logan Act, how does that constitute illegality on the part of the Obama Administration or the Presdient himself? Makes no sense. Totally illogical.
Now, Obama's leadership of the Illuminati there's a real problem. ;)
