BBC: UK conductor ends life in clinic

This is so sad. Assisted suicide sure gives me a case of the willies.

*Renowned British conductor Sir Edward Thomas Downes, CBE, has died at the age of 85, after travelling to the assisted suicide clinic Dignitas with his wife.

What a Finale…

What gets me is the name of the clinic (if that’s the right word for it) is “Dignitas.” What? Where is the dignity in what they are doing?
