I’ve got some good news and some bad news.

Q: What is the “good news”?

A: Twitter suspended this guy (“Adam Flanders”) and right quick . . .

Twitter deletes fake LifeSiteNews page linking to Paypal acct named after gay activist

FRONT ROYAL, VA, November 22, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – A fake Twitter account impersonating LifeSiteNews asked readers of the pro-life and pro-family website to follow it and unfollow our real account.

The fake account asked people to donate to a Paypal account that was in the name of “Adam Flanders,” a pro-homosexual activist who recently compelled the company that hosted our website to kick us off their servers.

A Nov. 18 tweet from the fake account @LifeSiteNews stated: “Please Follow Us Here @LifeSiteNews. Following a recent attack by a homosexual activist, our other account is in jeopardy so we are migrating everything here. Please unfollow @LifeSite and don’t forget to donate using the link in our profile! God Bless!”

A number of LifeSiteNews fans alerted us to the suspicious account. We reported the account to Twitter and it was suspended within two hours.

LifeSiteNews fans who visited the fake account were presented with a Paypal link, misleadingly titled “paypal.me/lifesitenews.” Clicking on the link brought one to a Paypal donation page. The name appearing on the page was none other than “Adam Flanders,” the LGBT activist and convicted sex offender who has tried to shut down LifeSiteNews — and who has succeeded in shutting down other pro-family websites — with even less savory tactics . . . .

Adam Flanders name has surfaced several times in the past several months and it at least looks like he is pushing an agenda that is pretty disordered/dishonest (or something or somebody using this guys name is).

Q: OK. What is the “bad news”?

A: It was apparently not found via Twitters algorithms and had to be “manually reported” first to get the ball rolling on this.

But kudos to Twitter for responding rapidly when notified.

The fact that this can even be considered, suggests to me that the Big Tech outfits and the Government are allied more than we realize.

It suggests that they have been on the Government “dole” even MORE than we realize (which kind of makes it yet another Big-Business Big-Government quasi-amalgamation).

If that is the case (I am not saying it is . . . But I am saying IF that is the case), the chances for meaningful enforcement of anti-trust laws are slim and none.

The Government does not bring anti-trust cases against itself.

Twitter permanently suspended prominent feminist Meghan Murphy last week for saying men aren’t women. Murphy accused the social media platform of “censoring basic facts and silencing people.”

Meghan Murphy, the founder of Feminist Current and a journalist who has written for New Statesman , Vice News, CBC News, and the Globe and Mail , was permanently suspended from Twitter last week after the social network implemented a ban on “misgendering” transgender people.

The posts which reportedly led to Murphy’s ban were, “Women aren’t men,” and “How are transwomen not men? What is the difference between a man and a transwoman?”

That a multi-billion dollar company is censoring basic facts and silencing people who ask questions about this dogma is insane.”

Murphy was then permanently suspended.

“While of course, as a private company, Twitter has the right to limit who participates on the platform and what is said, we, the public, have become accustomed to understanding this social media platform as a relatively free space, wherein everyone from politicians, to celebrities, to pornographers, to activists, to students, to anonymous gamers, to feminists, to men’s rights activists may say what they wish,” proclaimed Murphy in an article on her suspension. “What is insane to me, though, is that while Twitter knowingly permits graphic pornography and death threats on the platform (I have reported countless violent threats, the vast majority of which have gone unaddressed), they won’t allow me to state very basic facts, such as ‘men aren’t women.’”

. . . nor should it be considered ‘hateful’ to ask questions about the notion that people can change sex, or ask for explanations about transgender ideology,” . . .

. . . feeling uncomfortable is not a good enough reason to censor and silence people.”

Twitter Bans ‘Misgendering’ and ‘Deadnaming’ Transgender People

Lucas Nolan 26 Nov 2018 Breitbart News

Social media website Twitter has banned the actions of “misgendering” or “deadnaming” transgender users in an effort to stem what it calls “anti-trans abuse,” as part of its updated “hateful conduct” policy. The platform vows to permanently suspend users who “regularly” violate the policy.

In an effort to fight “anti-trans abuse” on their platform, Twitter has banned “misgendering” and “deadnaming” on their platform, Pink News reports. The act of “misgendering” refers to calling someone by the pronouns of their biological sex rather than those of the gender they have stated they wish to be, while “deadnaming” means to call a transgender person who has changed their name by the name they were given at birth. . . .

. . . Twitter has vowed to permanently suspend those that regularly violate this hateful conduct policy and those that are “engaging primarily in abusive behavior.” Users who are also “deemed to have shared a violent threat” will also be removed from the platform. . . .

Rutgers prof who said ‘f—’ white people cleared of wrongdoing: report

By Benjamin Brown | Fox News

Rutgers University on Wednesday reversed its previous finding that a professor violated the school’s discrimination and harassment policy after he said he “hates white people” in a social media post.

History professor James Livingston made national headlines in May after he complained about a restaurant in Harlem being “overrun with little Caucasian a—holes who know their parents will approve of anything they do.”

“I hereby resign from my race. F— these people. Yeah, I know, it’s about access to my dinner. F— you, too,” Livingston wrote on his personal Facebook account.

Livingston, a tenured professor, has taught at the university since 1988, according to NorthJersey.com.

The controversial comments prompted an investigation by the Office of Employment Equity (OEE), which found in July that Livingston violated school policy. He faced disciplinary action and potential discharge, according to a press release from Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) – a First Amendment advocacy group representing Livingston.

Livingston argued that his remarks were “satirical,” . . .

https://www.foxnews.com/us/rutgers-reverses-decision-that-professor-who-said-he-hates-white-people-violated-school-policy

Not only was he given a pass from Rutgers University in the end, but Facebook still allows his account.

If he would have said such things about other sets of people, he would not have a Facebook account and would probably have been fired from Rutgers too.

Just go back and look at his posts.

Change the word phrase from “whites” to . . .

. . . Blacks,

. . . Jews,

. . . . or even “Transgendered people.”

It is my opinion he would have lost his Facebook account if he had done such (which I would agree with by the way).

What I don’t agree with, is Facebook’s SELECTIVE enforcement.

BREAKING: Twitter restores conservative commentator banned without explanation

Calvin Freiburger LifeSiteNews

November 27, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – Twitter has reinstated the account of Jesse Kelly, an Iraq veteran and senior contributor to The Federalist , just days after banning him from the platform without explanation.

On Sunday, the social media giant informed Kelly his account was being “permanently suspended” for “multiple or repeat violations of the Twitter Rules,” but didn’t cite any examples. Twitter’s apparent failure to give Kelly an explanation for banning him appears to violate the company’s own policies, which promise to “explain which policy or policies they have violated and which content was in violation” to anyone hit with a “permanent suspension.”

The move provoked a wave of condemnation from Kelly’s friends and fans, as well as from some center-right figures who personally dislike him but were nevertheless concerned about the free speech implications. Kelly also appeared on Tucker Carlson Tonight on Monday to discuss the censorship.

On Tuesday afternoon, the Daily Wire’s Ryan Saavedra announced that Kelly’s account has been reinstated, with his follower count gradually climbing back to its original 80,000. . . .

. . . . Twitter’s reversal follows not only pressure from conservative media, but multiple members of Congress getting involved. Republican Sen. Ben Sasse of Nebraska called Kelly’s case a “bad precedent for our free speech society,” while incoming Republican Sen. Josh Hawley of Missouri called for an investigation of whether Twitter targets political speech, which would violate its immunity from liability for the content it publishes. . . .

According to internal Facebook emails revealed by the Wall Street Journal, the social media giant considered cutting deals with third party companies in order to provide them with access to Facebook user data.

According to internal Facebook emails review by the Wall Street Journal, the social media firm discussed cutting deals with companies in exchange for access to the personal data of two billion Facebook users. The emails were secured as part of a lawsuit brought against the firm in California by the app startup Six4Three which alleges that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg developed a “malicious and fraudulent scheme” to take advantage of Facebook users’ . . .

Google employees debated manipulating search results to suppress conservatives: report

November 30, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – Engineers at internet powerhouse Google privately discussed manipulating search results to bury content from conservative websites following the 2016 election, according to internal communications obtained by the Daily Caller .

On Thursday, the Caller reported that it has obtained communications beginning November 9, 2016, the day after Donald Trump was elected President of the United States, in which employees of the world’s most influential search engine not only lamented the outcome, but discussed doing something about it.

“This was an election of false equivalencies, and Google, sadly, had a hand in it,” engineer Scott Byer wrote. He expressed a desire to “fix” the phenomenon of the site’s election card highlighting stories from the Caller and Breitbart , which he complained elevated “opinion blogs” to be on par with “legitimate news organizations.”

“I think we have a responsibility to expose the quality and truthfulness of sources – because not doing so hides real information under loud noises,” Byer said. “Beyond that, let’s concentrate on teaching critical thinking. A little bit of that would go a long way. Let’s make sure that we reverse things in four years – demographics will be on our side.” . . .

“Let’s make sure that we reverse things in four years”–THAT is exactly what this is all part of!

Report: Google Engineer Advocates Burying Breitbart, Conservative Sites to ‘Reverse Things’ in 2020

Lucas Nolan 30 Nov 2018 Breitbart News

. . . The article claims that employees . . . discussed de-ranking the websites within Google’s search results in an attempt to “make sure that we reverse things in four years.”

The Daily Caller alleges that according to leaked internal emails, Google employees expressed their dismay at Hillary Clinton’s loss in the 2016 presidential elections and discussed ways to prevent President Trump winning a second term. . . .

. . . Some of Byers colleagues reportedly expressed issues with manipulating search results so blatantly . . .

“Thinking that Breitbart, Drudge, etc. are not ‘legitimate news sources’ is contrary to the beliefs of a major portion of our user base is partially what got us to this mess. MSNBC is not more legit than Drudge just because Rachel Maddow may be more educated / less deplorable / closer to our views, than, say Sean Hannity,” Dekel wrote. . . .

. . . I’m a Hillary supporter and let’s admit it, the media avoided dealing with the hard questions and issues, which didn’t pay off. By ranking ‘legitimacy’ you’ll just introduce more conspiracy theories,” Dekel stated. . . .

Report: Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg Ordered Oppo Research on George Soros, Then Denied in Public

Lucas Nolan 30 Nov 2018 Breitbart News

A new report claims that Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg directly ordered opposition research on billionaire philanthropist George Soros, a claim which she previously denied.

A new report from the New York Times claims that according to three individuals with knowledge of the situation, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg directly ordered staff to investigate billionaire philanthropist George Soros’ financial investments following his outspoken attacks against multiple tech firms. Sandberg’s requests for further information on Soros appear to indicate that the company COO was directly engaged in Facebook’s actions against Soros.

A recent article published by the New York Times titled “Delay, Deny and Deflect: How Facebook’s Leaders Fought Through Crisis,” provides insight into how Facebook has operated through numerous crises over the past few years. . . .

.

I wonder if Facebook is going to rank itself as “untrustworthy” and a purveyor of fake news?

Mark Dice is a political satirist.

But don’t sell him short in other areas too.

Here Dice has very infomative footage of Jack Dorsey making a mockery about Twitters FORMER calls for free speech.

Now that Twitter is a MEGA corporation, the proverbial “ban-fest” has begun. And it will get worse, before it gets a whole lot worse.

The exact same ignoring of their earlier mission that Facebook, Apple (who is also mentioned here), and others have done.

Dice just put this up this morning (it is still morning) and he already has about 90 THOUSAND views on Youtube (not counting his other outlets).

It isn’t even posted yet to his bitchute channel (which shows how many people tuned in to this today already so far).

This is Just the Beginning

Mark Dice 89,195 views

I suspect this video will be up on Dice’s bitchute channel later today and I will add that link when available.

.

A question that I have not seen adequately addressed yet, is . . .

. . . . to what extent does this institutionalized seemingly endless liberal bias of the Tech Giants have with interference of our elections? Especially “election 2018”.

This should not be occurring at all.

The Government evidently lacks the fortitude to break these companies up (with anti-trust laws).

Which confirms to me that they ALREADY allowed them to get way too large. (Now they are like the banks in that they are “too big to fail”).

Edit: The new link on Bitchute was just posted.

Here it is . . . .

I wonder what happened with the SPLC and all this website guardianship??

(Remember from prior posts on this thread. The SPLC does not merely have this guardianship relationship with Google alone. But with Twitter and OTHER MEGA Tech communications outfits.)

So much for guardianship and safe environment rhetoric.

Like I have been saying from the get-go. . . .

. . . . This metatasis of “banning” from these liberal outfits is “POLITICS” disguised as website guardianship.

(With a little website guardianship thrown in for good measure and to look good. At least that is my opinion.)

Facebook and Twitter insiders have admitted to targeting conservative accounts and topics, and multiple private exchanges have leaked expressing a desire to use their power to shape political narratives. Multiple analyses have found that Facebook’s algorithm changes disproportionately harmedconservatives. In September, PJ Media’s Paula Bolyard found evidence that Google manipulates search results to favor left-wing news sources.

Report: Facebook ‘Internal Tensions’ Reaching ‘Boiling Point’

Charlie Nash 5 Dec 2018 Breitbart News

“Internal tensions” at Facebook are reportedly reaching a “boiling point,” with the company divided into three factions.

According to BuzzFeed News, “after more than a year of bad press, internal tensions are reaching a boiling point and are now spilling out into public view.”

“Internally, the conflict seems to have divided Facebook into three camps: those loyal to Zuckerberg and Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg; those who see the current scandals as proof of a larger corporate meltdown; and a group who see the entire narrative — including the portrayal of the company’s hiring of communications consulting firm Definers Public Affairs — as examples of biased media attacks,” BuzzFeed News explained. “Current and former employees describe a tense and, at times, hostile atmosphere inside the company, one in which both senior employees and even staunch loyalists are contemplating their futures.” . . .

I imagine that people who work for Facebook were/are proud of their jobs, and I’m sure there are many benefits to working there. But I can’t help but think that in the last few years Facebook employees may feel awkward about telling people that they work for Facebook. Almost like a Mercedes dealership that turned into a second rate used car lot, but kept all the original employees of the Mercedes dealership. What pride do all these talented people have when they work for a seemingly sleazy company? Facebook could even have the same go to statement as a used car lot does for its customers who appear puzzled, “No, no, it’s okay, trust me”.
