Biblical pertaining

A local church attendant declared that he felt the Old Testament of the Bible was more pertaining to biblical history.
He felt that the New Testament is pertaining to instructions on how people should conduct their spiritual life.

 Do you agree?

I certainly don’t disagree. I had a priest, who was like an older uncle to our family of 8. He always said, 'read the gospels", that is about Christ, God’s only begotten Son. He will always show you the way."

The OT is as much about Christ as the gospels are…as important as the gospels are, you won’t know as much about Christ as you could or should if you don’t read and study the OT also!
