BOOKS: My Cousin the Saint

Is it ok to plug a book here?

I just finished “My Cousin the Saint” and it was one of the most enjoyable books I’ve read in quite awhile. True story, written by American journalist Justin Catanoso about his family’s discovery that a family member was to be canonized. He writes candidly and intimately of his resulting search for his Italian roots and family, his spiritual struggles in returning to the Church and about Padre Gaetano Catanoso’s life, death and canonization. As an Italian-American, I found the book very meaningful but I think anyone would find it an informative and enjoyable read. He also has a website, about the book.
