Can anyone tell me what the hymn is?

I'm sorry I can't remember very much of it, but it includes the line 'You shone out of the darkness, into our hearts' or something like that (reference to 2 Corinthians!) The music was fairly contemporary. I believe it was #490 in the hymnal. We sang it at Mass this morning right before communion, but I forgot to jot down the name of it and have been googling furiously ever since! :D

Does anyone know the one I'm talking about?

Would it be "Christ, Be Our Light" ?

Here is the first verse and the refrain

Lyrics

*1. Longing for light, we wait in darkness.
Longing for truth, we turn to you.
Make us your own, your holy people,
light for the world to see.

Refrain
Christ, be our light! Shine in our hearts.
Shine through the darkness.
Christ, be our light!
Shine in your church gathered today.

Yes! That was it! Thank you so much. I wanted to share this with my grandmother and now I can send her a YouTube link.
