Can female doctors examine male patients?

Is it okay for a male to strip before female urologists and their nurses to have their annual examination?

Yes, of course, just as male doctors can examine female patients. But rest assured that all patients, no matter their sex, have the right to request modesty sheets be used so that only the area being examined at the time be revealed to the doctor. Doctors also prefer that such modesty sheets be used and will often have an assistant in the room at the time of the examination to ensure propriety.
