Can I be a best man in a non-denominational wedding?

I am to be the best man at my friends wedding. It will be in a non-denominational church. Is it okay for me to participate in that service?

Assuming there are no obvious impediments to the marriage (e.g., previous marriage, close blood relationship), and assuming that your friends are not bound by Catholic marital law or have been dispensed from the Catholic form of marriage, you are free to participate in the wedding.
